Rental Prices and Services

Rental includes the use of tables, chairs, white or black table linen. You can bring in your own food and decorations or use our preferred caterer and in house decorator. 

Payment Information:

50% of the rental fee is due upon signing the rental agreement as well as a $200.00 incidentals/damages fee. This fee is fully refundable and given to renter once clean-up and walk-through after are complete. 

(If there is no damage to building or property and the terms of the lease are followed, the $200.00 deposit will be returned within 5 days  after the event)

All requests for parties going beyond 12 am are required to use Security provided by us at an extra cost of $180.00. 

The balance and rental agreement is due 20 days before your event.

We accept Cash, Cash app, Debit and Credit Card payments.

Prices vary according to time of event and number of guest.

Day Events start at $500 with up to 50 guest

Evening Events start at $750 with up to 50 guest

All events operate in 5 hour intervals between the hours of 8 am to 12 am.
